Farm to Table at a local level: Planting Preparation and Storage

From the threat of empty shelves, to inflationary prices, to toxic chemicals injected into or sprayed upon our food sources, there is no better time to learn a few "farm to table" techniques. And the best part is, none of us have to be generational farmers to learn strategies to provide for our families. As our mentality changes from where we source our food, how we source it and what steps we can take to self sustain our lives -- so does the connection with not only each other, but with Mother Nature.
